Is it safe to put St. John's Wort and Ginkgo Biloba in tea? - ginkgo tea
I have a capsule of St. John's wort (uncapped powder) and Ginkgo Bilboba. I did both for about two weeks.
Splenda in my tea set and I wonder if you interact with tea and Splenda?
