Buying cars at dealer only auctions and reselling? - buying auctioned cars in calgary
I know someone who can take me to a dealer auctions to buy cars. I am selling some cars and selling of private interest. As a resident of California, how many cars can I sell in a year, and do not apply for a license as a broker? Another legal question that should be considered?

Ask the dealer who takes what are the laws and regulations in California .... or better yet, contact California DMV and find out!
Much comes to mind. If the dealer is acting like you who lose their licenses. Be sold with the participation of a broker when buying or selling a car outside the large number of dealers curbstoning called when you sell a curbstoning, and ultimately lead to fines and loss of privileges (Privileges dealer, stay away prison privileges, etc. ..)
