For PCs that handle most of the sources for the distribution of food. Here are some rough estimates:
350 W = sufficient to w / 65W TDP, as most Core 2 Duo processors and run w / integrated graphics or video card budget to create.
450 W = w proof enough / up to 130W TDP processor card, and use ordinary draw 60 watts
550W = creating sufficient to w / up to 130W with a processor and high-end graphics card, 135 watts draws
The 12 V is very important. Dual +12 V is the best.
The most powerful (in W) of the food that you can afford that fits in your case. You never know when you might need to add peripheral energy booster.
